Good design is not about impressing other designers. It is about making something hard feel easy — whether that's a complex agritech marketplace, an enterprise analytics dashboard, or a component library used by dozens of engineers.

A lot of the work I've done lives in systems that carry real stakes: supply chain finance, B2B trade, data analytics. In those contexts, the right move is usually to reduce friction, reduce ambiguity, and get out of the user's way. I find that constraint clarifying rather than limiting.

I also care about the craft. Spacing, motion, type — these things aren't polish applied at the end. They're how a product communicates trust, and I build them in from the start.
